-Booking Process

1. Quotation - We customize all your clients' requirements with best in class itinerary until they are fully satisfied.
2. Approval - When your client is happy to proceed we make the required reservations and adjust based on availability.
3. Provisional - We send you the finalized itinerary as booked for approval.
4. Confirmed - We adjusts further if required and once itinerary is approved we proceed to confirmation and Payment.

-Payment Terms & Conditions

1. 20% deposit due on confirmation of itinerary. 100% if booked within 4 weeks of travel date.
2. Final payment due 4 weeks out from travel date.
3. We issue full travel documents including itinerary, vouchers and related travel items 2 weeks from travel date.
4. We accept payment online via Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept wire transfers and cheques.
   
   

-Margin & Mark-up

We are happy to work with agents on a range of price models.

1. NET Cost - We will draw up the itinerary at a NET rate to our agents.
2. NET + Commission - We take our NET rate and add an agreed commission (usually 10%) which becomes the Gross Rate to your client. We pay commission by Euro cheque to your account when the invoice is paid in full.
   
   

-Documentation

We provide full documentation including quotations, itinerary, invoice, receipts, room lists and financial reports as required.
